REFUND POLICY

At HUNKIES, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Be in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was received.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as HUNKIES is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Clearance items marked as non-returnable
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
